The premium marketplace for DonutSMP. Automated delivery, every time.
These Terms form a binding contract between you and Donut Grocery ("we," "us," "Donut Grocery," "the Service," operated through donutgrocerys.com).
You accept these Terms when ANY of the following happens:
When you accept by clicking the required checkout checkbox, we record a per-order acceptance record — the exact timestamp (UTC), the Terms version you agreed to, your IP address, and (if signed in) your Discord ID — and retain it for dispute and fraud-prevention purposes. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not click the checkbox and do not use the Service.
Donut Grocery is an independent third-party shop selling virtual items, in-game currency, and services for use on the public DonutSMP Minecraft server. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Mojang, Microsoft, DonutSMP, or any of their staff. Our use of the names "Minecraft" and "DonutSMP" is descriptive only and does not assert any rights in those marks.
Categories we sell:
/pay command/tpa and dropWe also operate a free invite-rewards system (see Section 11). All goods are digital, virtual, and have no real-world monetary value outside the DonutSMP game world. Prices are in USD unless explicitly displayed otherwise.
You may only use the Service if all of the following are true:
Misrepresenting eligibility is a breach of these Terms.
3.1 Discord-account binding. Authentication uses Discord OAuth. You are responsible for the security of your Discord account. Every action taken from an authenticated session is presumed to be your action. This presumption is rebuttable: clear contemporaneous evidence (a Discord account-compromise report filed at the time, a police identity-theft report, or comparable independent record) that your account was compromised will be treated as rebuttal. A general "someone else used my account" claim without contemporaneous independent evidence is not sufficient to rebut.
3.2 IGN as a binding representation. By submitting an IGN at checkout you represent, warrant and undertake that you own or have express authorisation to designate it for delivery, that the IGN is correctly spelled and valid on DonutSMP, and that you authorise delivery to it. Delivery in good faith to your submitted IGN constitutes performance of our delivery obligation. Breach of this warranty (e.g. submitting a third party's IGN without authorisation) triggers your indemnity under Section 16 and liability for chargeback and recovery costs under Section 10. We may, at our sole discretion, require IGN-ownership verification, delay delivery on suspect orders, or refund and cancel any order we determine to be misdirected or fraudulent. Our inability to verify in a particular order does not waive this Section.
3.3 Discord availability. For item orders a delivery ticket is automatically opened in our Discord. Your DMs and our ticket channel must allow contact from server members and bots. If you've blocked our bot, left the server, or have privacy settings preventing contact, your order remains in Attempting delivery (Section 5.1) until you restore access or the 7-day void window expires.
3.4 One person, one account. You must use only one Discord account when interacting with the Service. We treat each authenticated OAuth session as a distinct customer. We use signals — IP, billing-country mismatch, delivery-pattern overlap, payment-method reuse, behavioural timing, credible third-party reports — to identify suspected multi-account abuse. Where we reasonably suspect abuse we may sanction suspect accounts under Section 9. You may appeal at any time via Discord ticket (e.g. flagged accounts belong to siblings/roommates on a shared network); we will consider appeals in good faith. We do not promise to detect every alt; non-detection is not a waiver. This Section is subject to your statutory rights under Section 14.
4.1 Processor. All payments are processed by Stripe (Stripe, Inc. and its regional entities), a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment processor, under Stripe's own terms. Stripe accepts major debit/credit cards and any additional methods enabled at checkout, subject to availability in your country. We never see and never store your full card number, expiry, or CVC.
4.2 Authorisation. By submitting a payment you warrant you are the lawful holder of the instrument (or authorised), authorise the charge including any added fee or tax, and authorise us to retain transaction metadata (Stripe PaymentIntent ID, last 4 of card, billing country, IP, IGN, Discord ID) for fraud-prevention purposes for as long as legally permitted.
4.3 3D Secure. Stripe may require 3DS or equivalent Strong Customer Authentication. Failure to complete 3DS fails the order; nothing is charged.
4.4 Pricing, fees and tax. Prices displayed are exclusive of any applicable taxes and of the payment-processing fee, which may be added at checkout. Any sales tax you owe is your responsibility. The binding total is the amount shown at checkout immediately before you pay. Currency conversion losses and bank fees are your responsibility.
4.5 Order refusal. We may decline, cancel, refund, or hold any order at our sole discretion if we suspect fraud, sanctions exposure, abuse, breach, or for any reason permitted by law.
5.1 Order lifecycle. Every order moves through these defined states. Your rights against us depend on the current state:
/tpa + drop, but you have not accepted and items have not been dropped in your presence. You retain the right to request a refund — your money is not at risk because our bot tried and missed.5.2 Coin orders. Delivery = in-game /pay command transmitted by our bot to your IGN AND your in-game balance actually increasing by the purchased amount. You must be online on DonutSMP for /pay to land; the bot retries within a reasonable window.
5.3 Item orders. Delivery = (a) auto-ticket opened in our Discord, (b) bot sends /tpa to your IGN, (c) you accept the /tpa, (d) bot drops items with you in visual range, (e) you pick up within the bot's wait window. Whether you pick up after the drop is your responsibility under Section 5.6.
5.4 Customer availability. You should log into DonutSMP within 72 hours of payment confirmation so our bot can locate you, and respond to bot delivery attempts and Discord ticket messages within 7 days. If you do not log in within 72 hours, the order remains in Attempting delivery — you have not lost any refund right. If you do not engage at all within 7 days, the order may be Voided at our sole discretion. Whether you remain entitled to a refund depends on the law of your country under Section 14.
5.5 Reporting delivery problems. You should report any delivery problem within 24 hours of the delivery attempt by opening a Discord ticket. Reports within 24 hours benefit from our most complete contemporaneous logs and are handled with priority. Later reports remain investigable, though evidence may be less complete. Nothing in this Section limits or extinguishes any mandatory consumer right or statutory remedy you have (see Section 14). The reporting windows govern the speed and quality of our investigation, not the existence of your statutory rights.
5.6 Risk of loss. Once items are delivered to your inventory or coins are credited to your IGN, risk of loss passes entirely to you. We are not responsible for: in-game death, theft, griefing, PvP losses, scams by other players, DonutSMP server rollbacks, world resets, inventory clearing by DonutSMP staff, or subsequent bans/mutes by DonutSMP.
5.7 Service availability. The Service is best-effort. We may pause sales for maintenance, restocking, technical issues, or any reason at any time without prior notice. Pre-paid orders are honoured once we resume.
We publish service-status updates — bot outages, stock shortages, planned maintenance, payment-processor issues — in our Discord announcements channel. These are informational. For any disruption that affects orders placed during it, we will display a clear notice on our Site at or before the checkout step. Only that on-Site checkout-time notice binds your acceptance of a disclosed disruption for a particular order. By completing checkout while such a notice is displayed, you accept the disclosed disruption and we are not liable for the resulting delay or non-delivery to the extent the notice fairly disclosed it. We do not rely on Discord-channel announcements alone to bind your acceptance.
7.1 Before Delivered. You may request a refund of any order that has not reached Delivered (Section 5.1) by opening a Discord ticket. We will issue the refund subject to fraud checks. This applies while the order is Pending AND while it is Attempting delivery — it does NOT depend on whether our bot has tried, only on whether you have actually received the order in-game.
7.2 Delivered or Voided. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy and Section 14. In summary: digital goods are non-refundable once Delivered, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise, where the item materially fails to conform to its description, or at our sole discretion. For Voided orders, mandatory consumer-protection rights to a refund of undelivered goods are preserved.
7.3 Ticket-first. You must open a Discord ticket and give us a reasonable chance to resolve any issue before seeking a chargeback. Failure to do so is treated as a breach of Section 10.
You must not, and must not attempt to:
The list is illustrative, not exhaustive. We may treat any other conduct we reasonably consider abusive, fraudulent, or harmful as prohibited.
Consequences scale with severity and history. We may apply any combination at our sole discretion, with or without prior notice: warning; order hold or cancel; account flag (further purchases blocked pending manual review); invite credit / role revocation; temporary ban; permanent ban (Discord ID, IGN, payment-method fingerprint, and where lawful email and IP blocked); DonutSMP report (sharing IGN and breach summary with DonutSMP staff); Stripe and external fraud-database report; civil recovery (amounts owed, chargeback amounts, processor fees, reasonable legal costs).
So long as we have acted in good faith on information reasonably available to us at the time, our application of sanctions is not disproportionate. This Section is subject to your statutory rights under Section 14.
A chargeback or payment dispute filed against a delivered order, where you have not first opened a Discord ticket and given us a reasonable chance to resolve the underlying issue, is a breach of these Terms.
When any chargeback is opened we will, at our sole discretion based on the facts:
We investigate each chargeback on its facts and the issuer's stated reason code. Specific response, sanctions, and recovery are determined case by case at our sole discretion.
11.1 Invite credits. We may issue free in-game currency credits for referring new members to our Discord, on the terms displayed on our invite-rewards page at issue. The following invalidate an invite credit and may trigger Section 9: inviting an account you control or that is operated in coordination with you; inviting an account that immediately leaves, is banned, or is removed for breaching Discord ToS; using bots/scripts/automation; coordinated invite-trading rings; any other behaviour we reasonably consider abuse. We may revoke unredeemed credits at any time. Redeemed credits cannot be reversed except through clawback under Section 9.
11.2 Reviews and discount codes. We may issue single-use discount codes for approved reviews. Codes are non-transferable, may be revoked if the underlying review is removed or edited, and may be invalidated for fake, coerced, or alt-account reviews.
11.3 Modifications. We may suspend, modify, or terminate any promotion at any time, with or without notice or cause.
DonutSMP is an independent Minecraft server. Real-money trading of in-game items may violate DonutSMP's own rules. You acknowledge:
The Site's text, graphics, logos, code, brand, bot designs, product catalogue, and the layout and selection of our shop are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other IP law. You receive no licence to copy, mirror, clone, redistribute, or build derivative storefronts; scrape, fuzz, or systematically download our catalogue/prices/stock; reverse-engineer our bots, APIs, or delivery infrastructure; or use any trademark or trade dress of ours in a way likely to cause confusion. "Minecraft" is a trademark of Mojang Synergies AB. "DonutSMP" refers to a third-party server we are not affiliated with; we use both names descriptively and assert no rights in them.
Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict, or modify any consumer right or statutory guarantee you have under the laws applicable to you that cannot lawfully be excluded. This includes, where applicable: EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU); UK Consumer Rights Act 2015; applicable US federal and state consumer-protection law; Australian Consumer Law; equivalent guarantees in your country of residence.
Digital-content waiver (EU/UK). Because our products are digital content delivered immediately on payment confirmation, AND because you expressly request immediate delivery by completing checkout, you waive the standard 14-day right of withdrawal from the moment delivery begins. You acknowledge this loss of right at the moment of checkout.
Conformity remedy preserved. If a digital item materially fails to conform to its description, you are entitled to a remedy (re-delivery, replacement, or refund) under applicable consumer-protection law, regardless of any other clause including the reporting windows in Section 5.5 and the void provision in Section 5.4. The reporting windows govern only the speed and quality of our investigation; they do not extinguish a statutory conformity right.
Refunds for undelivered goods preserved. Where mandatory consumer law in your country provides a right to a refund of goods that have not been delivered, that right is preserved regardless of any clause that classifies an order as Voided or applies any time limit.
15.1 As-is. Subject to Section 14, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available," with no warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability, timeliness, accuracy, or non-infringement.
15.2 Excluded damages. Subject to Section 14, we are not liable for: indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages; lost in-game items, currency, ranks, progress, or virtual property; loss of opportunity, profits, or expected gains; service interruptions or delays caused by Stripe, DonutSMP, Discord, Cloudflare, or any other third party; actions, bans, mutes, or policy changes by DonutSMP, Mojang, Microsoft, or any platform we depend on; issues caused by your provision of incorrect or incomplete information, including a wrong or third-party IGN.
15.3 Liability cap. Subject to Section 14, our total aggregate liability for any single order or your use of the Service is capped at the LOWER of the amount you actually paid us for the affected order, or US$100. Each order is treated as a separate liability event; multiple disputes do not aggregate.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Donut Grocery and its staff, contractors, and bot operators from any claim, loss, liability, fine, cost, or expense (including reasonable legal fees) arising from: your breach of these Terms or our Refund Policy; your misuse of the Service; your provision of false information at checkout including a wrong or third-party IGN; your in-game conduct on DonutSMP or any other server; your violation of any applicable law; any claim by a third party — including the lawful holder of a payment instrument you used without authorisation, or the holder of an IGN you designated as the delivery target without authorisation, or the card issuer of either — arising from your conduct.
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, for any reason — including suspected breach of these Terms, suspected fraud, sanctions exposure, or as required by law. Termination does not extinguish any obligation you have already incurred (including obligations to pay chargeback fees, civil-recovery amounts, or indemnity claims). Sections that by their nature should survive — including Sections 4, 8, 9, 10, 13, 14, 15, 16, 18 — survive termination.
18.1 Governing law. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable at the place of business of Donut Grocery, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, EXCEPT that mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence continue to apply where they cannot lawfully be excluded.
18.2 Informal resolution first. You and we agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally first by raising the matter in a Discord support ticket and giving the other party at least 14 days to respond before commencing any formal proceeding.
18.3 Jurisdiction. Subject to mandatory consumer-protection rules, you and we submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts having jurisdiction over the place of business of Donut Grocery for any dispute. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory consumer right you have to bring proceedings in the courts of your home country.
18.4 Class waiver. Subject to mandatory law in your jurisdiction, you agree to bring any dispute on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action, representative action, or consolidated proceeding against us.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last Updated" date at the top always reflects the current version. Material changes will be highlighted on the Site or via our Discord announcements channel for at least 30 days before they take effect for existing customers, and are effective immediately for new orders placed after the update. Your continued use of the Service after a change takes effect is treated as acceptance of the new Terms.
If any clause is held unenforceable, the remainder remains in full force and the unenforceable clause is severed to the minimum extent necessary. These Terms, together with our Refund Policy and any Privacy Policy we publish from time to time, are the entire agreement between you and us about the Service and supersede any prior agreement, promise, or representation not contained in them.
For questions about these Terms, to raise a complaint, or to exercise any consumer right, open a ticket in our Discord: discord.gg/6VqcuVU37N. We aim to respond within 48 hours during operating hours.
This Refund Policy ("Policy") forms part of, and must be read together with, the Terms of Service ("Terms") of Donut Grocery ("we," "us," "Donut Grocery," operated through donutgrocerys.com). Capitalised order-state terms used here — Pending, Attempting delivery, Partially delivered, Delivered, and Voided — have the meanings given in Section 5.1 of the Terms.
Operating hours. "Operating hours" means the hours published in our Discord server's information/announcements channel. If no hours are published, "operating hours" means a reasonable response time, and the response targets in this Policy are read as targets, not guarantees.
Delivery-log retention. We retain per-order delivery logs (in-game command logs, server payment-confirmation text, balance-change records, drop records) for at least 180 days from payment confirmation, and in any event for at least as long as any payment-dispute or chargeback window applied to the order by the card networks or Stripe remains open. Within that window, "verifiable in-game" claims in this Policy are backed by our contemporaneous logs.
Payments. All payments and refunds are processed by Stripe. We never see or store your full card number. Refunds always go back to the original payment method through Stripe (Part 7).
Where this Policy and the Terms appear to conflict, the Terms govern. Where either appears to conflict with a mandatory consumer-protection right you have under the law of your country of residence, that mandatory right governs (Section 14 of the Terms and Part 11 below).
The rest of this Policy is the detail. The lines above do not override the detail below or your statutory rights.
An order is Delivered when:
/pay AND the recipient IGN's in-game balance has actually increased by the purchased amount, as verifiable in-game and recorded in our delivery log.Once Delivered, the coins or items are yours and at your risk. We cannot undeliver, repossess, or compensate for value you subsequently lose to in-game events, DonutSMP moderation, or DonutSMP economy changes (Part 4.4 and Part 10).
Your refund rights depend on the state your order is in at the moment you ask — not on how much time has passed or how hard our bot tried. The states are defined in Section 5.1 of the Terms.
| Order state | What it means | Refund right |
|---|---|---|
| Pending | Paid; bot has not attempted delivery yet. | Full refund on request, subject to fraud checks (Part 5). |
| Attempting delivery | Bot tried but you have not received the order in-game (offline, unreachable, /tpa not accepted). | Full refund on request, subject to fraud checks. Your money is not at risk because nothing reached you. |
| Partially delivered | Some reached you in-game; some did not. | Refund or completion of the undelivered portion only (Part 4.5). The portion you received follows the Delivered rules. |
| Delivered | The full order reached you (Part 2). | Non-refundable except for the exceptions in Part 4. |
| Voided | 7+ days passed, never Delivered, you never engaged. | Closed in our system, reopenable. Mandatory consumer-law refund rights for undelivered goods are preserved (Part 4.6, Part 11). |
The single dividing line is whether the order actually reached you in-game — not whether our bot did something. If the coins never hit your balance, or the items were never dropped with you present, you have not been Delivered to, and your pre-delivery refund right under Section 7.1 of the Terms is alive.
Once an order is Delivered, digital goods are non-refundable, with the exceptions in 4.1, 4.2, 4.3, and 4.5. You qualify for a remedy if any one of them applies.
4.1 The law requires it. Where mandatory consumer-protection law in your country of residence gives you a refund or other remedy that cannot be excluded by contract, that right applies regardless of anything else in this Policy (Part 11). A refund owed under law or for non-conformity is paid in money to your original payment method — we do not substitute coins or store credit for a refund you are legally owed unless you freely choose that alternative after we have offered the cash refund.
4.2 Non-conformity (what you got didn't match what you bought). If the delivered coins or items materially fail to conform to the product description — wrong amount of coins, wrong item, wrong quantity, an item that is not what the listing said it was — you are entitled to a remedy under Section 14 of the Terms. This right does not expire at 24 hours; the reporting windows in Part 9 affect only how fast and how cleanly we can investigate, not whether you have the right.
The remedy, in order: (1) re-delivery of the correct goods (default, usually fastest); (2) if re-delivery is impossible (out of stock, or DonutSMP down so long it is unreasonable to wait), a replacement of equivalent value (equivalent to what you paid for the non-conforming portion, not its current list price) with your agreement; or (3) a refund of the non-conforming portion in money (see 4.1). We aim to resolve a verified non-conformity claim within 7 days during operating hours, server conditions permitting.
4.3 Goodwill. Even where we are not obliged to refund, we may choose to — in whole or in part, as coins, store credit, or money back — as a one-off gesture. Goodwill is an extra we offer when nothing is legally owed; it is never a substitute for a refund you are owed under 4.1 or 4.2. Goodwill is discretionary, is not a precedent, and does not waive any term.
4.4 What "Delivered" does NOT let you claim back. Once goods are Delivered, the following are not refundable, because risk of loss has passed to you under Section 5.6 of the Terms or because the cause is outside our control:
4.5 Partial delivery. If only part of an order reaches you — the classic case is the bot paying some of the coins then disconnecting, or dropping some but not all items of a multi-item order — you are treated as Delivered only for the part you actually received, and your pre-delivery rights survive for the undelivered part only.
For that undelivered part, where both options are possible, you choose between (a) completion of the missing portion or (b) a refund of the missing portion. That choice applies to the undelivered portion only — it is not a route to refund the part you already received and kept. Worked example: you buy 10M coins, 9M lands, the bot drops. You are Delivered for 9M; for the missing 1M you may have it completed or refunded. You are not entitled to a refund of the full 10M, because you received and kept 9M. You are never charged in full for a partial delivery.
4.6 Voided orders. A Voided order is closed but not erased. If your country's law preserves a refund right for goods that were never delivered (Part 11), open a ticket and ask us to reopen the order. We will not refuse to look at it just because the 7-day window passed; the Voided status controls our internal workflow, not your statutory rights.
While an order is Pending or Attempting delivery:
Fraud checks at this stage mean we may pause the refund where the order shows signals of stolen-card use, sanctions exposure, promotional abuse, or coordinated multi-account activity under Section 3.4 of the Terms. If we pause:
Timing. Pending/Attempting refunds are normally issued within 48 hours of the ticket during operating hours. The time for the money to land back on your original payment method is set by Stripe and your bank (Part 7).
These are situations where the fault is on our side or the charge was wrong. If any of these applies, open a ticket and we make it right; we may ask for a transaction ID or screenshot to confirm.
Approval of borderline cases is at our reasonable discretion and may require evidence, but the categories above are our standard "yes."
All payments are processed by Stripe. Refunds go back to the original payment method via Stripe. Settlement time depends on the method:
These windows are set by Stripe, your card issuer, and your payment provider — not by us. We issue the refund through Stripe within 48 hours of approval; from there, Stripe and your bank decide the settlement time. Stripe's processing fees on the original transaction are not returned to us; we do not pass that cost on to you.
If your order has not yet entered Attempting delivery (Section 5.1 of the Terms) — that is, our bot has not yet been dispatched — open a Discord ticket immediately and ask to cancel. We will refund without further justification, subject to fraud checks under Part 5. Cancellation in this sense is functionally identical to a Pending-state refund.
Cancellation is not guaranteed. Many orders dispatch within seconds of payment confirmation. Once the order enters Attempting delivery, the cancellation flow ends and the normal Pending → Attempting → Delivered framework under Parts 4 and 5 applies.
If a delivery goes wrong, open a Discord ticket within 24 hours of the delivery attempt. Why the rush, if your legal rights don't expire?
The 24-hour window is about speed and ease for you, not a deadline that kills your rights. We say this plainly because burying a real statutory right behind a fake 24-hour "deadline" is exactly the kind of unfair term that gets a whole policy thrown out.
Read this even if you skip everything else.
Donut Grocery sells coins and items for use on DonutSMP. Real-money trading may violate DonutSMP's own server rules (Section 12 of the Terms). DonutSMP is independent; we are not affiliated with it and have no control over its moderation or economy.
This means:
We tell you this up front, before you buy. If that risk is not acceptable, do not place the order. No clause we could write changes the underlying fact.
Nothing in this Policy excludes, restricts, or modifies a consumer right you have that cannot lawfully be excluded. Depending on where you live, that may include:
Three specific preservations carried over from Section 14 of the Terms:
A refund owed under any of the above is paid in money to your original payment method (Part 4.1), not in coins or credit, unless you freely choose otherwise after the cash refund has been offered.
EU/UK immediate-delivery waiver. Because our products are digital content you ask us to deliver immediately at checkout, you waive the standard 14-day "change of mind" right of withdrawal from the moment delivery begins — you confirm this at checkout. This waiver affects only the no-reason cooling-off right. It does not touch your non-conformity rights or your right to a refund for goods that were never actually delivered.
We resolve most issues in the ticket. Give us the chance before escalating — it is faster for you and it is required before a chargeback under Part 13.
A chargeback on an order we have Delivered, filed without first opening a ticket and giving us a reasonable chance to fix the issue, is a breach of Section 10 of the Terms. It is also the worst route for you: it is slower than a ticket refund, and it triggers the evidence submission, sanctions, and recovery process in Sections 9 and 10 of the Terms.
If you genuinely never received your order, you do not need a chargeback at all — that order is Pending or Attempting delivery, and Part 5 gives you a refund just by asking.
If your card itself was stolen and used to buy from us without your authorisation, you are a victim, not a rule-breaker. Contact your card issuer through their fraud process and open a ticket with us; we will work with the issuer to resolve.
We may update this Policy at any time; the "Last Updated" date reflects the current version. Material changes are notified the same way as Terms changes (Section 19 of the Terms): at least 30 days' notice for existing customers, effective immediately for new orders. Your continued use after a change takes effect is treated as acceptance.

Per-order delivery logs (in-game commands, balance changes, server payment-confirmation text, drop records) are retained for at least 180 days from payment confirmation, and longer where any payment-dispute or chargeback window applied by card networks or Stripe remains open.
